Service Days
Once we give you your service day and approximate time, you will see us every week. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will make every attempt to work it into another service day that same week; however we may not always be able to. This is especially true with gated communities that do not allow vendor entrance on holidays. Weather conditions beyond our control may also cause a missed service day periodically throughout the year.
Pool / Spa Owner Responsibilities
• During summer months we need your filter system to run a minimum of 8-hours each day of the week. All the chemicals in the world don't help stagnant water stay clear.
• Water filling is your responsibility, especially during the hot months. It can take several hours to fill a pool and we cannot be responsible for this time. If you are not in town, we can provide a water timer for a one time expense to be left at your site for filling. Water level should be kept at the center of the tile. If we feel that it will fall below the skimmer level between our visits, we will turn off your skimmer to prevent damage to your equipment.
• Cleaning the deck surrounding your pool is both necessary and the pool owner's responsibility. This should be done regularly to prevent dirt and algae from building up on your deck. When cleaning or pressure cleaning your deck please do your best not to spray the dirt and grime into the pool. Not only is it very difficult to clean, but the debris can stain your pool surface and shorten the life span of your filter and filtration system.
• Make sure that we have access to your pool area on your service day. Have your screen door unlocked. If locked, we will have to skip your pool for the week.
• We request that pets be placed inside the home or otherwise secured on your service day. We do our best to guarantee your pets safety while servicing your pool but we cannot be responsible for pets that escape during our service call. As well, we will not service your pool if "guarded" by an unfriendly dog left unrestrained. We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding household pets.
• Timely payment. We bill on the fifth of the month for payment at the end of the month of service.
